Consultation Call

15 minutes

This is step one! It’s the perfect time to learn more about how I can support you in therapy and ask any questions you have to determine if we are a good fit.

Intake Paperwork

30 minutes

Once you decide to schedule a session, you will need to electronically sign and complete a few forms and verify your insurance/payment method.

Individual Counseling

60 minutes/weekly

After you complete your intake paperwork, we will meet in-person or virtually (available to all Texas residents) and start working on your therapy goals!

Payment/Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna and Optum/UnitedHealthcare/Oscar insurances. You can check your insurance coverage and co-pay here.

If you are not in-network and would like to work together, my rate is $150 per session. I accept payment via credit/debit/HSA cards.
